Planning Your Journey
An enquiry begins a planning conversation; it does not create a reservation. We discuss your requirements, prepare a proposal and explain the next steps before you are asked to confirm arrangements.
What Your Proposal Covers
Review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation, transport and any special requests in your written proposal. Availability and prices can change before a booking is confirmed. Ask us to clarify anything that is important to your decision.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy for Türkiye
- Deposit to confirm
- 30%A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservations. This payment is non-refundable and covers transaction and administrative costs.
- Before arrival
- 31 daysThe remaining balance is due 31 days before arrival.
Failure to pay the balance on time may automatically cancel your trip. In that case, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Charges
All cancellations must be made in writing. The following penalties apply to cancellations received before the commencement of service.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Services
The following bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Flight tickets and ferries
- Exhibitions, theatre shows and events
- Green fees, entrance fees and activities
- Helicopter and boat rentals
- Exclusive or bespoke visits
Changes to Arrangements
Contact us in writing if you need to request a change to confirmed arrangements. Any available amendment or additional charge is determined by the applicable confirmed terms. A request alone does not establish that a supplier has accepted a change.
Access & Conditions
Weather, local procedures, opening arrangements and provider requirements can affect activities and routes. Special access, dietary requests, particular guides and other non-standard arrangements should be treated as included only when confirmed in writing.
Before You Travel
Tell us about practical requirements relevant to the proposed arrangements. Check the travel documents, insurance and other preparations appropriate to your journey. Please do not send passport, payment or sensitive medical information through the initial website enquiry form.
