Enquiry Information

Our Begin Your Journey form is for travel advisors, suppliers and industry partners. We do not accept direct traveller bookings through this form. If you are planning a personal journey, please ask your travel advisor to contact us on your behalf.

Both enquiry routes ask for your name and email address so our team can reply to you. For journey briefs, your phone number, agency or consortium and additional notes are optional.

Travel advisors share the type of travelling party, their clients’ interests and a preferred season, which may be left as ‘Still open’. Interests may include private event, wedding or celebration planning. Dates, year and approximate duration are optional. Please do not include client names or other identifying client details in the initial brief.

Suppliers and industry partners share their company name, contact name, email address and a message about their enquiry. A company website is optional.

The advisor area also offers a familiarisation (FAM) trip interest form. It collects your name, email, agency and selected destinations, with optional phone, preferred timing and notes. You may also tell us whether you have visited Türkiye before and, if so, the year of your most recent visit and the host, tour operator or agency you travelled with. Our in-house team uses these details to contact you about relevant FAM opportunities. Registering interest does not confirm a place. A separate, optional newsletter checkbox is initially selected; you can untick it before sending the form. If it remains selected, we also send your email address and the recorded checkbox choice to our newsletter signup process.

Our in-house team uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the proposed journey, event or partnership.

Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passport details, payment information or sensitive medical information in the free-text fields. Journey and supplier enquiries do not subscribe you to the newsletter. For FAM interest registration, newsletter signup is controlled by the separate checkbox described above.

Newsletter Requests

If you choose to subscribe, the newsletter form collects your email address to send occasional notes and updates from Luxe Türkiye. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting Info@LuxeTurkiye.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email.

Technical Information

The site uses request information to help limit repeated form submissions. The advisor area uses an access cookie, set for 30 days, after a valid password is entered; signing out removes it and password rotation invalidates it. Some display preferences are remembered in browser storage. Hosting and network services may process connection and diagnostic information as part of providing the site.

Requests About Your Information

Contact Info@LuxeTurkiye.com if you want to ask about information you have submitted, correct it, request its deletion or stop newsletter messages. We may need to verify your identity and understand the request before responding. Applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
